I really enjoy the game Portal and always wanted to cosplay Chell. However, other plans got in the way and I just never got around to it. When my friends and I decided to do a Portal skit for Fanime 2011, I finally had my chance!
I can't even explain how much fun I had in this costume. A lot of con goers are fans of Portal so we got an amazing response for all of our Portal gear. Our skit was also a success and I'm glad we pushed ourselves to finish everything, even though we had such a short amount of time to prepare. Everyone worked so hard! Kayla in particular (who made both of the Chell costumes in the skit) did a really fantastic job - she is a powerhouse, I swear! I'd really like to wear this again sometime soon.
